<p>I'm suppose to be getting a PA state grant and Federal Work Study. However, its not listed in my tuition bill. I double checked the PA state grant website and my Federal Work Study award letter to make sure that I'm actually getting aid. I have left a message at the financial aid office and a email.</p>

<p>I was stupid enough to not save the financial aid award letter my school sent to me. Is it possible that they're able to pull my aid out from under me? I do have proof for my Federal Work Study but I only have my account at the state grant website as proof. I don't know how solid that online proof is.</p>

<p>You’re doing the right thing - contacting the FA office. Work study at this point is just an authorization. You’ll need to find a job on campus and work your hours to get that $.</p>
