Ok… so I have my financial aid (still not finalized) and I’m trying to figure out some things about the grants and stuff… so naturally I have a few questions.

I have about 16K in Grants from FAFSA and UCSD and I want to put some of the money into paying for housing. How do I go about doing that?

My preliminary costs is including health care covered by the school, however, I am already covered under my family’s healthcare. How do I remove this from the estimated costs?

There are several loans I can choose from and after discussing it with my parents, I want to accept two of them, how can I accept it?

Any answers you guys can give me would be sooo helpful. Thanks you in advance

for your second question this is from UCSD triton link
Upcoming Active Waiver Dates
Jun 1, 2009 to Sep 18, 2009
If you do not complete and submit the waiver on-line, you will be automatically enrolled in SHIP. The cost of SHIP will be billed to your UCSD account. You will have full access to SHIP benefits up to the start of next quarter. Full information about the SHIP program is available on the Student Health website.
Insurance questions should be directed to:
Student Health Insurance Office
(858) 534-2124

I also know that you need to switch your primary care doctor to one nearby the area. Im assuming you just need to fill out health fee wavier which should not be a tough process. I cant be specific about the other two questions so ill let someone else answer.

to answer the first question… what they do is they pay for tuiton (somewhere near 9k) then the rest they put in your bank account if you select direct deposit or give you a check.
