I recently sent the undergraduate financial aid application electronically and faxed tax returns. How long should it take for the office to receive those things?

They should “receive” them within seconds, but when they actually process them is quite another story. It, in actuality, depends on how busy they are and how many they got.

hey i have a problem with fin aid too. I mailed my taxes (for fin aid) about a week ago but my To-do list still says that Page 1 or 2 of taxes is still missing. Should I email them or call them to see whether they received it?

I submitted my stuff electronically 2 weeks ago. They say they process it faster, but I’m not sure exactly how much faster lol

You should probably call them. I tried mailing the tax returns and financial aid application earlier before the deadline; and I recently found out that the office never received those materials. I had more copies of the tax returns faxed and the financial aid application uploaded into the office’s website. They’ve processed the returns after a day or so, but apparently not the application.

What’s the number? and what do you say? do you just tell them to check your file for you?

[Let me google that for you](http://■■■■■■■.com/y9q5qvx)

you just made my day…thx!

Just called Financial Aid office and told them how CSSprofile was still up on to do list and it said “processing.” The fin. aid person told me all my fin. aid files were there and didnt know why it said that on my status. She said it was a glitch and then changed it so there are no “to do” items on my list anymore.
Fin. aid person said that the fin. aid online status has nothing to do with acceptance status as of now.

i called them and cleared my CSS situtaion up. However, the lady says i need to submit some additional tax forms, which i plan to do first thing on Monday. WIll this affect the FA package i receive if i were to be admitted? I’m international by the way.

FA usually comes a few day after decisions, so I think they’ll consider those forms if you send them ASAP.
