I sent my info in earlier this week via mail but I havent receieved any confirmation from the office of financial aid. I know that the deadline is tomorrow so I was planning on faxing my info after I call he office (if they state that they havent received it). Anyway, i was wondering if anyone has the same issue as myself and would be willing to add their opinion, or if I am missing some detail about the process could someone respond with their help.

Hi, I also applied to Columbia ED and sent my financial documents recently. Columbia’s fin aid office website says:“Due to the volume of materials received, we are unable to
provide a Receipt Confirmation of individual faxes; please
login to our online Document Tracking system.”
“Please note that the Online Financial Aid System will only be accessible on certain dates:
Early Decision: Available starting November 25th.”
I don’t think you have anything to worry about.

I mailed my documents through FedEx, and I have not received any confirmation from Columbia. However, FedEx’s tracking system says that my documents were delivered on the 17th.
