Financial Aid Package

I mailed in my financial aid stuff on 3/1/10, but I haven't received an update. I live in North California, should I fax my stuff to the Finaid office?

P.S my return receipt says it was mailed on March 4. Thanks

i’d call before faxing. but if you mailed on the 4th, i’d give it till at least thursday for it to be processed.

I’d say fax it, the admissions lady told me its a lot quicker through fax

Well wouldn’t it be a hassle to fax 7-10 pages of tax returns on top of the cover sheet and non tax filer’s statement if they already have my stuff? Eh, I dunno… I called them but they didnt pick up and their email DID say to wait 7-10 business days for the mail to arrive so I might email them tomorrow or friday.

I’ve been trying to fax for the past two days at different times but the line keeps saying that it’s busy :/

"I’ve been trying to fax for the past two days at different times but the line keeps saying that it’s busy  "…This happened to me about two week ago. I just mailed everything in. Unfortunately two forms which I know for a fact I sent, are still marked as unreceived on the financial aid tracking website. I tried calling them several times to inquire about this, but they will not answer their phones. About 3 days ago i emailed them, but I have yet to receive an answer. Does anyone know what the hell is going on with the columbia financial aid office. I have not had this problem with any other school. Every other schools got my faxes right away, answered my phone calls, and responded to my emails at the latest by the next day.
