Financial Aid - returning students

<p>My daughter has a merit scholarship that is supposed to be annually renewed with a minimum GPA... which she has definitely met (of course final grades are not in.) But when we log into her myfordham account and look under the financial aid tab it says, alarmingly,
"Student's cost of attendance: 64,533... Estimated Financial Assistance: 0" </p>

<p>Is it safe to assume that they are just working on it?</p>

<p>Mine’s the same way. I think they do wait until after semester grades are posted, but as long as you’ve filed your FAFSA, aid should disburse in the summer before tuition payment is due.</p>

<p>Thanks, anglegrinderman! That is exactly what I was hoping to hear. I wonder why they use this wording… seems like a guaranteed way to elicit a lot of panicked phone traffic. :)</p>
