<p>I just found out that i have what could turn out to be an exceptionally minor problem or a seriously major one.</p>
<p>I had assumed that to get financial aid for brown you had to apply in march or the like (as MIT does it) </p>
<p>turns out the profile was due on the first of November, something I never saw on that sheet with all of the dates because i stopped reading as soon as the dates became irrelevant at the moment of applying </p>
<p>If i can really not get funding, and I can not meet the financial requirements of attending brown, am i still bound to the college, i marked that i would apply for financial aid, just screwed it up</p>

<p>I did the same thing! Except I realized my mistake a tad earlier. Call the fin aid office, file the form now, and see what they can do.</p>
<p>phew... i saw something on the site about applying for aid if you are deferred, i was figuring i would do that if i was deferred, or calling in if i was accepted. </p>

<p>Well, I actually never called. I filed my profile about november 15, and I checked the fin aid website a few days ago and it said I had all required forms, so I assume they got it.</p>
<p>great, ill fill it out tonight, file it, and ideally something will happen with it...
