<p>let me go over the steps..
-fafsa
-so we need to fill out the online form on SIS
-sign this form and send it:

-send in federal tax forms (w-2s, statements and what not). how are we supposed to label these? probably with the student name and SSN, but anything else? like some sort of special UVA ID?
and is this the address to send all the tax forms to?

<p>Just mailed tax returns yesterday - somehow missed the form that needs to be signed and mailed (or faxed) - am printing that now so thanks for the info!
I called before I mailed the returns and confirmed the address you listed above so thats good. I just put my name and SS# on the returns.
