i am thinking about transfering to Cornell AEM. but financially i CANT afford it.
as i am international student, i do not qualify for any federal financial aid. however, cornell, although not need-blind to international, states that it "maintains only a very limited program of financial assistance for international students"

i want to know how generous it has been towards international transfer applicants? please share any information/experience u have

its not, if you cant afford it, dont apply. The 12 or so (I have heard different numbers) scholarships they have for intls are EXTREMELY competitive and based on merit, the do not offer need based aid for intls unless they are from canada or mexico.

Theres hundreds competing for 20 spots. Your facing singaporeans with 2400 sat scores 4.0 gpas in rigours internationally recognized high schools all with intensive research projects/ec's. Dont belive me check out the international forum.
