I am an international student, and UM requires me to send a financial capability proof so that I-20 could be issued. How can I send it to them? I mean, I sent it to international admissions office, but they haven't approved anything for about a week now.
And, when should I start the student visa F-1 application? How long until it is issued? If i start to do this in June, will it be fine?</p>
