Finding match colleges

Hi,

I am a rising senior, and am looking for colleges to apply to next fall. I currently have a 29 on the ACT and a 3.94 unweighted gpa. I really like northeastern university and University of Rochester, but I am worried that i won’t be able to afford them. I’d really appreciate if anyone has college suggestions that have strong science programs, and are not too large(>25,000 undergrads) I also would like to go to school in the new England or mid west area.

Have you and your parents run the Net Price Calculator at the websites of NU and U of R? If your family owns a business or more property than just your family home, or if your parents are divorced, the NPCs might not be very accurate. However, if your family has a relatively simple financial situation the numbers should give you a reasonable prediction for what an aid package might look like.

Look here for some options: http://automaticfulltuition.yolasite.com/

I have run the net price calculator. It didn’t give me even close to the amount of aid that I would realistically need. While there is the possibility that i will get merit aid or scholarships, I want to look into other schools just in case.

This is interesting, thank you.
