I am currently in college but as I am not a legal citizen I can’t file for FASFA so I have to do the California dream act to get financial aid to help me out as much as possible. The only thing is that the school is asking me for a none filing statement from the IRS and since I do not have a SSN or ITIN number I’m not sure how to request it. I do have my California Dream Act ID number. Could I request it with that?
