First come first serve?

<p>So my mom told me today that the financial aid they gave out was on a first come first serve basis; as in, if I don’t commit soon, they will run out of money to give?? But I already got a financial aid letter stating how much they will give me. Would they really take that back? My mom’s wrong, right?</p>

<p>Also, are dorms on a first come first serve basis? Or is it a lottery system at Brandeis?</p>

<p>No if they gave you a financial aid package already then it is yours as long as you commit. Also the dorming is lottery system I believe. Hope that helps but if you have any other questions the office of financial aid is really helpful if you call</p>
