First Day of Senior Year

My senior year hasn't been that stressful...except when I had three tests for AP classes, a college essay, and two poetry responses due in a two day period...but other than that..lol...

Most of my AP classes aren't too stressful though because they don't give homework..just lecture, and test every two or three weeks...but then it leads to stress the few days before the tests because that's when I start reading..

And I sleep like..from 12-5:50..almost six hours, if I'm lucky.
To Invoyable - you're very lucky you get to sleep until 720..my school STARTS at 7:25, and my bus arrives at my area at 6:40...blah..

In relative context, as always. I have a friend that starts his school at 9:00 everyday. He's lucky in my eyes.

I have enough time to go sleep for nine hour every night, but eh. I don't feel good when I sleep that much, as I feel like I'm wasting time. So I usually aim for 7.5. Sometimes it's more, usually it's between 6 and 7.5 hours per night. I never feel tired during the day, so I guess it works.

Lessee, I have 5 APs. Mostly pulling 6 hours per night, with afternoon naps to preserve my sanity. Had to stay up until 3 yesterday for chem lab things, because our teacher IS crazy and DOES give out insane amounts of homework. Srsly he expects us to be at advanced college chem level. Not that I mind, it's just a lot of work.

My work load isn't bad, I just can't fall asleep before 11.

If you do sports and activities, your amount of sleep is very little.

With all AP's, my homework level is over 4 hours per night (around). Technically, each AP class is supposed to give 2 hours per night, which would be 8 total hours. In the book for my English class, it says 2-3 hours.

After a 2.5/3 hour sports practice, showering, eating, etc., your time is rather short and that does not include tests or projects. If you get 9 hours, I am immensly jealous. However, I would be shocked if you are a junior/senior with that much sleep. :)

I still got like 5 days... Wednesday.

I get about 5 hours on school days...

I wake up at 5:30 everyday, and go to sleep at 11 pm everyday....my school begins mad early and I get home mad late from school/activities (~7pm)

Sleep usually is between 5 and 7 hours

We'll see when I get to my junior year. But no, this doesn't necessarily mean my school doesn't give a lot of hw; it does...it's just using your time in subtle areas and a difference of opinions/tricks that I beg to differ in, things most people won't think of / dream to venture off in the direction. I'm not not that conventiona.. It also helps if you work ridiculously fast (note: the quality of writing maybe...epic fail).

Gl in your case...it'll be almost over. ;)

hahaha 9 hours is like heaven on earthhh
i usually get 7-5ish with reasonable amounts of hw, and like 4-2 with lots of hw. and 0 when i have like 45678 things due on one day.
its a combination of procrastination and work and that I leave at 6:45 and have to get up at 6. so if I wanted 8+ hours I'd have to sleep before 10PM. pshhht

I use every opinon/trick in the book, and am an excellent time manager, top level, but nonetheless I can only get a few hours of sleep every night. Why? 4 AP classes, 4 more self-studies, doing a sport afterschool, and an internship afterschool, then coming home, doing hw, and doing college essay work while juggling being president of a bunch of ecs. I love it though - it's quite a fun challenge! I still sleep healthily though, and then just sleep LONNGG on weekends
