First Semester Grade- how will this affect me?

I’m a senior right now and I am very worried right now because of my grades this first semester.

My finals brought my grade down for all of my classes and I ended up getting a C in AP calculus AB (I was at a B- but the final brought my grade down 4%. He is known throughout the school to be very smart but unable to teach his students the concepts.) and B-'s in AP Microeconomics, AP biology and a B in AP Lit. Comp. This is a big drop from my A’s and B’s my junior year and I was wondering how badly this could affect my chances of getting into schools like uiuc, u of wisconsin-madison, University of Indiana, and Umich.
Will colleges take into account that I am taking more rigorous classes this year? My school starts offering AP classes starting junior year and I took 3 AP classes last year (APUSH, AP language and compostion, and AP Latin) If that helps at all.

Also I already got into University of Minnesota for business and I was wondering if my grades could get me rescinded from the school

What was your semester GPA and what was your cum before that?

My cumulative GPA was a 4.44 weighted and this semester GPA is a 4.1 weighted. I dont know about unweighted because for class rank and such my school uses a weighted scale so I never took that into consideration. Just to add a little tidbit in I go to a very competitive high school in the midwest and I dont know how this might factor into decisions

Going from a 4.4 to a 4.1 will be fine. Hopefully you’re in-state for at least one of those Us so you can afford it.
