<p>I was accepted to Stanford EA and am approaching my first semester finals. I have never had more than one B on my transcript per semester but this semester has been really rough. I am in all AP/IB classes and will most likely end up with 4 "A's" and 3 "B's". Does anyone know how intensely Stanford scrutinizes semester grades? Is this going to have an impact on my acceptance? And if so, should I contact the school and let them know ahead of time?

<p>This will do nothing. They rescind if you go from straight A’s to straight C’s, nothing short of that will spark anything with admissions.</p>
<p>You take 7 AP/IB classes!! I didn’t think that that was humanly possible. Anyway the comment of the previous poster is great wisdom.</p>
