Who else had a good time with this tonight? :)

Wow, this turned into a better night than I even originally thought. For those of you who don't know, all of 2011 got an e-mail about an hour ago from C2C Dosa, a prominent Wing Staff member:

2011…Greg Oswald, the Command Chief (Wing 1st Shirt) has been mocking you all night, saying that there is no way any of you would DARE come to Wing Staff to throw him in the snow…

Hmmmm…lets see what you got

Of course, we couldn't let that challenge stand... Fast forward half an hour to the the present - a minute ago, we got another e-mail, this one from C2C Butler, also on Wing Staff.

Nice job out there to all those who came to get Oswald (which was A LOT of you), especially the guy with the pumpkin on his head. Nicely done.

Also FYI, Ian Helms had his nose broken in the struggle…yeah, you brought it strong.

Well done, 2011, well done...

We're basically badasses. :) I was just taking pictures!

Oh, and I'd also like to take this opportunity to let everyone know that redhead was tossed into the snow as well. ;)

Buried, thank you very much. All I heard is "Let's get the VP!!!" and then someone picked me up and I was a goner. :)

Thanks for the photos! My s loved getting a look at the real goings-on at AFA.

so why is it called first "SHIRT" first snow?

"First shirt" is the expression for the First Sergeant. I'm not sure where it originated.

Being a curious fellow, I had to look up the origins. Turns out that the expression was originally a reference to the large number of decorations one would customarily see on a first sergeant's shirt. Who knew? :)
