Fit for Chicago?

I’m a prospective applicant, and I’m trying to decide whether to apply ED to Chicago or not. Could anyone tell me about institutional aid, as well as the typical “fit” of a student?

How diverse is the student body? Not racially, but from what backgrounds do they hail? I watched a video where Chicago students are interviewed, and many talked about how their favorite part of Chicago was talking about the creation of the universe with friends. Chicago does have somewhat of an egghead reputation, so are all students similar in this regard? I suppose what I’m asking is no matter what your interests are, will there be students similar to you?

Also, I am interested in the new major of molecular engineering. What job opportunities are there for molecular engineers, and would this major still meet Premed requirements?

You don’t find the creation of the universe to be an interesting topic of conversation?

To your question about job opportunities for molecular engineers, I suggest starting here: http://bfy.tw/EQju
