I will be a junior..and I know for a fact I will be extremely busy to do my school workload and ecs...so how can i ensure i have time to study for the SAT?

I tried studying this summer somewhat...but eh...I did accomplish a little, i guess..and now i know I couldve done much more..

My suggestion: bite the bullet. Your studies and EC's don't last you from the time you get home from school until you go to bed. The majority of that time is taken up by recreational activities, which are what you'll need to cut down. If the 6-10 hours you have between school and bed are really all taken up by EC's and studying, then you'll be such a perfect applicant that you won't need to study for the SAT at all.

I plan to (not sure if I can) read some strategies or do a section every weekday, then a timed pratice test every weekend. While waiting for bus, on the bus to school or home, I would memorize vocabs.

lol, just try to start prepping a couple months in advance, that should give you enough time to spread out the studying (and absorb it better, for that matter). if you take an sat in march or may or january, try to use the preceding school break to catch up on sat studying. the suggestions above are all good, too.
