I have a lot of meal plans left over. I already used five guest swipes this quarter. But do the dining halls really enforce this? I think I have heard of people swiping in more than five guests per quarter before..

Thanks.

Good luck on finals.

when i ran out of guest swipes, i just used my regular swipes to get people in. i think it depends on how chill your swiper is.

Yeah they didn’t really enforce it for me last year.

They don’t enforce it unless a manager is there I think.
The guest swipes come from your actual meal plan, I think. It’s not an extra 5 meals.

No, it really is five extra meals. For example if you used all of your meals you don’t have to worry about having none left for finals week because you still have 5 guest swipes left you can use if you haven’t used them yet.

Last year my bf asked a worker if he could swipe me in using his meal plan instead of guest meals since he ran out, and the worker refused (had to use his flex dine dollars). It really depends on who is working. Usually the younger workers are laidback and don’t care, but the older ones are pretty strict and dumb about it.

it really depends who your swiper is. i went with my friends to mesa commons last week, and the swiper wouldn’t let me in bc my friend’s guest swipes were out… but we went all the time to pippins without her guest swipes too. so it really depends.
