FML is a little evil sometimes.

I have to share this with you, because I freaked out for a good minute...

"Today, I got a letter from Princeton that said i got accepted. I jumped for joy screaming at the top of my lungs. My little brother walks in laughing with his camcorder on record. He played a joke on me and gave me the real letter. I was denied. FML"

So I quickly typed https://notify.princeton.edu in panic, and then realized that the FML entry was a lie.

Wow, evil.

yeah lol I saw it too. Some of them are lies. But wait for March 31st. That site is going to explode with Rejection stories

I saw that one too.

There was another one awhile back in the middle of no-when about how a kid found out he was accepted to Yale but his parents had previously stated they won’t pay for his college tuition.

I just saw that ■■■, and that’s why I got on CC. I was hoping that they had sent out rejection letters already, since I didn’t get any mail today.

yeah I read that too, but I didn’t pay any attention to it because I already knew that decisions were gonna come out on March 31

I had an ■■■ moment on March 14 (MIT decisions were released). I haven’t submitted it yet, but I think I might as well do it.

“March 14 - Today, I was driving District History Day to present documentary on Duke Ellington and his impact in Jazz History. On my way there, I began hydroplaning and eventually hit a median block, damaging my front right axle. At the competition, the judges loved my documentary, but awarded me with honorable mention because they thought there wasn’t enough ‘history’ in it. I returned home very demoralized, only to check my MIT decision online - Rejected. ■■■”
