Hi,
I’m just curious if anyone else has had experience with this. I believe back in December to January I was followed by a college admissions advisor on Twitter and then a couple months later was notified of my acceptance. Is there any correlation between that, why would an college admission advisor follow students on social media? Thought it’d be an interesting topic.
Maybe they thought you had some interesting tweets or were just doing a random check. I doubt an admissions advisor would waste time following prospective students on Twitter and reading their tweets for a couple months (it just isn’t feasible).
Usually, its just a quick google search, if at all. However, it is possible that they were just doing a random check and you got picked.
