Foothill College

Can you give me some information about this college? Is it good? High tranfer rate to UC-Berkery, UCLA, NYU?

I'm a student at Foothill College, and it is definately a good college. The current president of FC was the former Stanford admissions trustee, although she is retiring in the summer. The classes are usually very small (20-30), the professors do care about your advancement, and there's a wide variety of degrees and programs you can join (honors program, internships, etc).

It's in Los Altos Hills (for reference, 15 minutes away from Stanford).

They also have transfer agreements with different UCs:

Hope that helps! People in the honors program have higher chances of getting into UCLA and UCB, but I'm unsure how honors affects admission rate.

Stealth edit: It's also home to a LOT of international students, mainly from Asia and some from Africa.
