Probably because whoever was updating the data and web site was defunded during the economic downturn and associated state budget reductions.
Some CCs have better coverage of course work for certain majors at some UCs and CSUs (usually nearby ones). For example, for UCB EECS or L&S CS, a combination of Laney and Diablo Valley would provide the best coverage of lower division CS courses, according to http://www.assist.org .
