<p>And...I think it's "international" applicants living abroad, but not "domestic" (U.S. citzens) who live abroad.</p>

<p>wait u.s. citizens living overseas don't get fedexed? someone at my school got accepted yesterday and i'm pretty sure she's a u.s. citizen...</p>

<p>well the fedex guy came over this afternoon, and it's sunday!</p>

<p>and i'm not a US National. i got like $39,906 per year in aid. though $7500 of tht is in loans and the rest in scholarships!</p>
