For school forms, it says its not all submitted.My counselor's report was sent mail..

<p>My recommendations were downloaded and i added in the counslor whose report has already been received by the college;however, how can I change the heading from not submitted to submitted because everything is done! Why doesn't it ask you if you mailed the report?</p>

<p>I’m sorry I’m not answering your question but…where do you go to check if counselor’s forms and all that stuff are “submitted” or “downloaded”? Did your counselor use Navaiance or did you submit them by yourself?</p>

<p>OP- if she submitted it by mail but you added her to your online Common App, it’ll say “not submitted” since she didn’t use the online tool. As long as your colleges receive her recs, you’re fine. </p>

<p>blahelevenblah- I’m not sure if I’m answering your question, but on the Common Application, to the left, the last section is titled “school forms.” Click on that and you’ll see the counselor’s component which includes recs, school report, mid year report, final report. If she submitted them online, it’ll say submitted. If not, it’ll be blank but as long as she submits them by mail and the college receives them, you don’t have to worry about that.</p>

<p>^ Hey keikoblue2, thanks for the response. I have one more question. Next to school forms of my early schools, it says “offline,” and when I click the school forms button, all I see is “completed by Secondary school counselor” or so on. Does this mean they are all submitted? I wish I could trust my counselor 100% but she has a record of missing a few out accidentally last year. :(</p>

<p>i checked school forms and it only says downloaded next to teacher 1 while next to the the counsellor and teacher 2 (they submitted a month before teacher 1) it just says submitted. how come its not downloaded at the same time?</p>
