Hello, College Confidential! I apologize for getting those lyrics wrong in the title; I now realize that it should have been "For the King, Dovahkiin, for the Sake of UConn!" Anywho, while I've been generally cocky regarding admissions to the University of Connecticut, I'm starting to worry greatly about my chances of getting into the Storrs campus. It's been said multiple times to me that the admissions process has become increasingly strict in the past few years, and I'm afraid that I fall short of the average applicant. With the following traits, is it possible that I'll be accepted?

GPA: 3.24

Rank: Top 35%

SAT: Writing - 710
Critical Reading - 690
Math - 680

AP's/Honors:
AP Language (5)
UConn English ECE (not tested; still haven't taken it)
AP Calculus (senior year)
AP Stat (senior year)
AP Psychology (senior year)

EC's: Outdoor Track
Indoor Track
Daycare Center for around 6 months (I was being paid)
Interact Club
UConn Engineering Program (Called E^2)
Lego League Robotics (I worked/work as a helper for children building Lego robots)
Model United Nations in Freshman year (negligible, I know)
Tutoring 5th graders Spanish for a year

I'm also Puerto Rican, if that helps at all. Anyway, thanks for taking the time to respond to this. I'm very concerned about my future, and I'm beginning to regret the lack of effort I put forth during freshman and sophomore year (hence my average GPA). Hopefully I'll get some good news from you guys. Thanks!
