for the optional essay

<p>acutally i wansnt planning to write the optional one, but since everyone is encouring me to do it, i will just use one essay that i've already written for another college. It's about my future career and why/how i chose that career.
Is this topic fine for the optional essay? or is it too obvious i used an essay which was originally written for another college's prompt? </p>

<p>Another question: do we need to state the topic for the optional essay? or do we just simply upload the actual essay without any additional stuff, like for the common app essay?</p>

<p>If it's a good essay that doesn't repeat lots of info from the rest of the application it's fine. Harvard doesn't care if you recycle essays - as long as they are good ones. :)</p>
