<p>If I am not an avid reader, but I am pretty good in the English subjects, would it be a good idea to have one month of prep time for this test? I'm deciding on whether or not to register for the May Literature test. I scored an 800 on Writing and 730 in CR. Of course, I'm aiming for the high 700's/800.</p>
<p>Sure. Actually, it’s not a very “preppable” test, as it’s testing skills rather than content knowledge (unlike CR). I mean, you can memorize lit terms and practice reading/analyzing poems, but there’s not a ton you can do; either you’re a good reader or you’re not.</p>
