<p>I’m considering doing this, but I haven’t decided what exactly to write about.</p>
<p>I did one of these. I related my experience growing up Jewish to my trip doing trail work on Mt. Massive with the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative. It was about my spirituality and how i view myself in relation to others and the world. I just put it under “Topic of your choice” because it didn’t really fit into the other topics, though, I didn’t go into it thinking “HA COMMONAPP I AM GOING TO DEFY YOU.” It started out as a “diversity” essay, but those bits seemed fake so I hacked them out.</p>
