I saw this online today and as a person who attended a cc for 2 years before transferring to a university, I was really pleased.

In Texas a lot of the universities like UT and A&M have partnership programs with community colleges that have guaranteed transfer of credits to the university. Community colleges are a great value and a great pathway to a bachelors degree!
