<p>I am a Fordham undergrad. I currently live in a nice 2 bedroom apartment off campus and I am looking to sublet it for June/July. If you are taking any summer classes at Fordham, interning in NYC, etc., this could be an affordable (and awesome) way to spend your summer. One of the best features is the large private backyard that will definitely be a great place to hang out in the summer.
