Big envelope here for D today! Kind of thought so after that blooper on the myFordham account lol. This was a low reach for her so she will be very happy. She also got into BU the other day, so she will have to decide between the two. For reference she had 1820 sat and 3.7 gpa, very good EC’s and essay. Attends a rigorous, highly ranked public HS. No AP’s :P

So we haven’t gotten the mail yet today, but that admitted student tab is back on my son’s portal. No announcement of acceptance, but the system will allow a deposit. When I look at the estimate of tuition, it specifies a “tuition award” of $9400, and calculates the amount for room and board. So I don’t know if this is a standard form, or specific to him. But it seems to read to me that he got accepted (Lincoln Center), was allowed on campus housing, and got merit money of $9400. I guess? Or maybe I’m jumping to conclusions and he should just wait for the mail!

Congrats to all those who have been accepted!! Just wondering have your my.fordham accounts changed or do you still have the “applicant” link at this time?

I just checked a couple of minutes ago and I only have the “applicant” tab. I haven’t gotten a letter yet, so I’m not sure if that’s good or bad

Don’t worry ets894! My D’s still says applicant and she was just accepted.

Thank you westie22. There is hope :)!!!

Lol, it literally just changed. It has the admitted student tab now. But it still might not mean anything for you supashv, hold on to your hope!

ets894, I just received my acceptance in the mail and my portal has only had the “applicant” tab all day–don’t worry!

Accepted!!!

SAT: 1980 CR 690 W680 M610
GPA: 3.94 weighted
4 APs, honors classes for the rest

ballet dancer, tons of community service, editor in chief of school paper

Also accepted at Tulane and Northeastern, waiting for 6 other schools.

congratulations to everyone!!

Accepted with a hefty Dean’s scholarship but they aren’t offering me any campus housing (probably because I live nearby). Don’t want to commute or live off campus in the Bx so…bye Fordham.

Daughter got accepted today too with housing at Rose Hill! She’s very happy. Well , that’s it on hearing back from all the schools on acceptances! Now comes the waiting for FA and numbers crunching.

FYI if you are wondering: 3.98WGPA, 1940SAT, NHS, Vice Pres, a ton of leadership and community service stuff and sports. Very good recommendations, I didn’t like her essay (“whatever”).

All in all, 12 acceptances, 1 waitlist (Villanova) and 1 rejection (Northeastern).

Best of luck to everyone during this stressful time!

Hey LowReach, I’ll trade guaranteed housing for your Dean’s scholarship! lol!

Hi everyone and congrats to all those accepted! I live about and hour and a half outside of New York City and have yet to receive a decision from Fordham. I was just wondering, is Fordham one of those schools that only sends emails to those who were rejected or do rejected people receive a letter too? SO MUCH STRESS!

I got accepted today too! (In NJ)
Did anyone receive financial aid packages yet?
Also if you didn’t have a scholarship with the packet does that mean you won’t get one?

Good luck to everyone waiting!

Did anyone from Massachusetts recieve anything yet?

Got a yes letter today in MA.
