Foreign Exchange credit transfer?

<p>I've been contemplating doing a foreign exchange program in my senior year (either Germany, Norway, Sweden, or the Netherlands) and I wan wondering if anyone knows if credits would transfer from their schools to ours in the US. I've talked to my counselors and they think that it'll be fine but they aren't certain.</p>

<p>If any of you guys have done a foreign exchange program or are knowledgeable on the topic, please let me know.</p>

<p>I was an exchange student my senior year, and got my diploma from my home school at the end of it. (I have no idea what my transcript said, but I was a credit or two short of graduating before the year abroad.) I’ve never known anyone to not get a diploma in that situation.</p>

<p>Really, though, the only thing that matters is whether your school will give you your diploma.</p>
