@RelicAndType My daughter took only three years of Spanish although she did skip Spanish 3 and took AP Spanish senior year. She also didn’t take math her last semester because there was no room for it. She had Algebra 1 in 8th Grade, doubled up on Trig/precal and completed Calc 2 Fall of senior year. As @skieurope said, she was happy with her admissions.
Overall rigor also matters. Harvard says they are giving guidelines, not a roadmap. Individual situations will vary for many reasons.
