Foreign or Transfer?

<p>I am a U.S. citizen who was born overseas and has never resided in the U.S. I want to take the 3rd and 4th years of my BA in the U.S. College application forms ask whether I am a foreign student or a transfer student. Which am I?</p>

<p>You would be considered a transfer student (because you already have college credit). You wouldn't be considered International given your US Citizenship regardless of where you've lived</p>
