<p>Unless your citizenship has changed, you’re still an Intl. applicant.</p>
<p>Doesn’t it have to do more with “resident” status than citizenship? </p>
<p>^My comment was in response to the OPs question about applying as a regular applicant because they are currently attending college in the US. They did not mention any change in legal status.</p>
<p>An Intl. student is one who is neither a US. citizen or permanent resident.</p>
