I am a massive idiot and completely forgot about it (and am barely realizing it because another school received my official transcript and it shows up as 3 semesters instead of just 2) because 1) it was early in my college career, like right after I graduated high school, and 2) because I dropped all the classes for that semester.

How much does this affect the integrity of application since obviously I will have to send official transcripts if I get accepted? I hope not too much, especially since it was a school I got approved Academic Renewal from!

I think I saw a thing about this: if it would change their decision, then they might revoke admission. So if you got all Fs that semester, then ya, it would matter. I’d send each UC an email about it with the correct information.

Just notify them, I did the same thing last admission cycle and was still accepted. I sent them all an email and physical letter explaining the mistake and included the new information.

Hopefully no one else makes the dumb mistake I did. I took all your advice and just notified them. FYI, if it DOES happen to you, here is info about UCD and UCSD. UCDavis told me to just add it in the comments at the end of TAU (it will be open until end of March) and I will be notified if they want more info and UCSD told me to log onto MyApplication and at the bottom there is a link that says “Contact us if you have questions.” and I told them my issue and I will be notified if they have any questions about it. When I updated my TAU, I got an email that asked that I send unofficial transcripts. Hopefully that will be it! FINGERS CROSSED
