the testing center is one hour away from home so i decided to spend the night in the city before the day of the testing so i wouldnt have to wake up at five in the morning to drive here. PROBLEM: I FORGOT MY PHOTO ID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CAN I STILL TAKE THE SAT II!??!?!

i doubt it.

No, you can't, unless there is a way you can identify yourself.

howd it go? some people in my center didnt have their photo id and i dont know whether or not they took it.. i think they did though. our proctors were mentally confused

well.. is your mom there? or someone.. do you have a passport? a drivers permit? ANYTHING a school id? lol

It was just a bad day for me overall. sigh*
I didn't know I had a school ID in the back pocket of the next day's clothes that i brought for test day. So...my poor dad had to drive back to our house at like 5: 30 am to get my license. I couldn't take the chance...you know? I studied so much. But I still couldn't fall asleep until four because I think I have some freaking sleeping disorder. No matter how tired and exhausted I am, sometimes I just lay there in bed waiting for myself to go to sleep for at least two hours. JUne 2 was a bad day :[ I hope everybody else did well though.

any advice for the sleeping problem?

Haha, pinkellow, I don't think you could've had a worse ID problem than me

I was eight hours away from home the day before the exam when I forgot my photo ID.

I called college board and asked them what to do b/c i friggen had no sort of photo Id on me whatsoever (who carries ID on vacation??)

the lady told me to try going to the nearest DMV and getting a photo printout from there from the CA state drivers' database. so I did that. and got one. and voila it was legit.

so yeah, if any of you ever forget your photo ID and you're far from home and if you've gotten AT LEAST your drivers' permit, just go to the nearest DMV and get a photo ID printout. collegeboard takes it. and it saved my butt on june 2nd.
