My counselor wanted all of my RD apps (not including supplements) done by today so she could mail everything out, including a mailed fee waiver request, together. (does it make sense? probably not, but that's not the issue).

I filled out the "personal data" part of a non-commonapp application and gave it to her this morning, and she presumably had it sent out today. Unfortunately, in my brilliance, I forgot to fill in my school information, such as school name, address, counselor name, day of graduation, etc.

I imagine that the logical thing to do is to resend it to the college with a brief note attached, explaining the error and apologizing. My question is, will this likely be handled by some secretary and not the AO, and, if not, will this reflect poorly on my application in that it shows carelessness and all that fun stuff? I usually check everything a billion times but I was handling a lot of applications at once and one apparently fell through the cracks. Thanks in advance.

Do this, it won’t make much of a difference and it’s certainly better than ignoring the problem. Maybe don’t talk about handing in tons of apps at the time though, and make the college think they’re low on your list.

Oh yeah, I wasn’t going to try to make excuses or anything. I was giving that reason just for you guys to understand the circumstance. Thank you for the response.
