Form 1A and recs

<p>since the online app still isn’t out, is it ok to submit form 1A by mail and use the teacher recs from the paper app, and then submit the rest of the stuff online if it ever comes out? </p>

<p>if u apply online, can u use a credit card for the application fee?</p>
