<p>I am going to apply for a transfer to Dartmouth after my first year at the university of miami where I have a full-tuition merit based scholarship.
Dartmouth was my favorite after high school but I was placed on the waitlist and then rejected. Do waitlisted students have an advantage in transfer admissions? That would be nice :)</p>
