Does anyone have information on how to compare these two scholarships?

All I can say is the Foundation Fellowship is, hands-down, the best scholarship in the nation. It's a question of what you want between the two schools and might very well depend on what area you're looking at studying. I turned down a similar offer from Vanderbilt for the Fellowship and have, on the whole, been quite pleased with UGA and especially the Fellowship. PM me if you've got any more specific questions.

umm unless you want to be surrounded by a hundred or 150 students in one class I would suggest Emory( I this is not what you asked but I thought it may be it would be beneficial) The Foundation Fellowship is a great scholarship though

Sorry, that's just not true. I've never had a class of more than 60 students here at UGA in my 3 years. If you choose your classes carefully and sign up for as many honors courses as possible, you can get yourself some pretty low student teacher ratios. My Honors English Lit prof for instance took all 8 of us in her class out for lunch every month to peer-review our essays and I was also in a class at one point with just 4 other students, doing graduate-level work. Generous AP Credit also helps you avoid having to take enormous lecture classes.
