<p>so i have seen many people write that they are the "founders" of certain clubs on CC. Does the type of club matter or can it literally be anything ? because one of my friends became the founder of the "rubix cube" club and now he's boasting about how colleges are going to be drooling over that. How much impact can being the founder of a club make or does the type of club matter. And what clubs did you or know become the "founder" of </p>

<p>Tell that to the Princeton admission committee, which recently accepted an applicant who can solve a Rubic’s Cube blindfolded.</p>
<p>@sherpa That doesn’t mean that he/she was admitted purely on his/her skill of solving a rubic’s cube. It’s just an accomplishment. </p>
