FPF Program full, what do you think I should do?

So I found out I got accepted to Cal for the SPRING semester on March 29, and they have this program called FPF, I only visited the school two days ago and decided to mail in my request to be in the FPF today. When I went on the website it said it was already full, and now I'm on the wait list.
I have to submit my SIR by May 1. Should I go to Cal and submit my intent to register without knowing if I'll be accepted into the FPF?
If i'm not accepted I will have to go to community college and live at home for a semester, and I'm afraid when I enroll in the Spring that it will be hard for me to make friends and have the full college experience.

I have other options as well

If I don't go to Berkeley, I have been accepted to UC Davis and UC San Diego as well (for the fall).
I loved UC Davis (would probably go there over San Diego) almost as much as Cal. If I go to Davis I would get the full college experience and be able to make friends and be integrated right away.

What should I do? please help, this is so hard. :(

What major? If you love Davis, go to Davis…(heard it is not as hard as Cal :))

Psychology major! I love Davis, but I love Cal toooo :frowning:
Would it be hard to integrate into the college life if I don’t get into the FPF program at Berkeley?

Psychology is a capped major at Cal…[Office of Undergraduate Advising: List of Majors](http://ls-advise.berkeley.edu/major/majorlist.html)
I think UCSD is better at psychology than Davis…
why dont you post in the main berkeley board…i dont know if anyone comes to this section

Will do, I’ll post it on there.
Thanks for all your help!

Call or e-mail the FPF office and ask for their recommendations. My son met Meera at a local Berkeley Admitted Students’ Reception and she was very helpful.
