Accepted, international
ACCEPTED IN CT!!! I honestly cannot believe it. I’m still not quite sure if I’ll attend but it feels great to have been accepted!
I live in a suburb of Philadelphia and I haven’t heard anything yet.
ACCEPTED!!!
International from Pakistan
Stats ACT Composite 32 Science 26
Hook: Author of a book (40000 words)
Aid: 57K
Advice: Just follow your PASSIONS. IF you do that you will choose a college and not the other way around. BTW ACT/ SAT really matters.
See you guys in August.
@lllrnr heard back today in Philly. My friend who definitely will get in didn’t receive his yet, though. DON’T WORRY
Accepted! SAT: 2100.
For any potential F&M student or junior looking at this page, do the interview on skype or in person! I think that substantially helped my app
How do internationals receive the decision? By email?
Huge Congrats to you all! Hey @BDCite and @watermelonn , did you guys receive an email stating that the portal has been updated? I haven’t received anything, I might me rejected
@watermelonn @BDCite How did you guys get the decision, by email, mail, or portal ?
I am also an international but I haven’t received any notification yet. Is that mean I should expect a rejection ?
Just check my mailbox and receive nothing:( Btw does anyone know if they will notify the rejected or waitlisted students at the same time?
Received acceptance letter today.
ACCEPTED!!!
International from Pakistan
btw I received my decision through email.
Darn. I guess I got rejected then. Oh well. Congratulations to everyone!
Have any Vietnamese student received the decision yet? :((
Adding onto what @liam16 said, the interview and personal relationships as well as showing a great deal of interest really helps. Along with my interview, I met my admissions counselor and emailed him several times, building a good relationship in the process. I also visited a bunch of times and did the senior overnight program which not only helped me get to know the school but also let them know that I was very serious about the school.
Also its seems like letters come before the portal is updated because my portal still says nothing lol
international students: you will receive an email on the 25th most likely.
everyone else: you’ll receive your letter tomorrow if you haven’t today
Thank you @liam16
And @historylover475 , does an interview with an alumni help at all?
International student accepted with aid. Received an email about 7 hours earlier (4 30 PM EDT today).
I had a really great interview with a present student, and I emailed the admissions officer a few times with questions. Showing a lot of interest helped!
