<p>I've been invited to a Ivy League Frat party that's going down next weekend. I've never been to a frat party before. I'm a girl and I know that makes me sounds vunelrable doesn't it? But the thing is I'm just asking people what girls usually wear to a frat party and what mainly happens.</p>

<p>The more complicated answer is that of course it depends on the frat and the type of party. But watch out for shady college guys who will inevitably try to hit on you.</p>

<p>hey, i'm a first year college student who's just pledged a fraternity. maybe i can give you some advice:</p>
<p>some parties have themes, so you know how to dress up. however, a lot of parties dont have specific themes. in that case, for girls, just wear something that makes you look hot. i dont know how cold it is up there in yale......probably not a good time to wear skirts. anyway, you can wear low rise jeans, a sexy top and a coat to keep you warm. when you get inside, you can take the coat off and PARTY!</p>
<p>there's ususally several kegs where you get your beer from, some parties even have liquors. maybe there's a beer pong table. and there's always a dance floor, probably hip hip or rap music. people will get drunk first and then dance/grind........</p>

<p>Haha this is the dumbest conversation ever. I go to Yale and am in one of the fraternities here. Unless it's a formal or a theme party, dress just as you would at any old house party. Girls often dress slutty even in the dead of winter, although it's getting warmer here which is great. Yes, there will be lots of beer pong and terrible beer. If you pretend you're a college student, you'll get hit on plenty; if you admit you're a high school student, you might get hit on even more. Which frat are you going to? Beta is very sketchy; SAE less so; Sig Ep is classy (because they are invite-only). AEPi (mine) doesn't have a party next weekend, so it's not that. Let me know.</p>

Um, anyways, I think it's the DKE one..I know it's Delta something and I couldn't hear very well on the phone with my friend, but he said something like "Delta Kai.." so I'm guessing DKE. I'm planning just to get to know some guys or something, and oh, obviously there's going to be beer pong. Beer pong is at every frat party.
