i'm not the greek police, so don't worry. i personally don't think you did any harm. i just wanted to say something before the true finger pointing began. we all know that fraternities and sororities get enough crap as it is..heh

<3,

Izzie Bear

i've heard of someone who had to put peanut butter under his armpits, run a whole lot so you're sweating like crazy, and then eat it. haha .. mm.. gross.

That's not that bad at all.

really? sounds pretty gross to me

eating peanut butter from your sweaty armpits that can't breathe cause of the peanut butter? i think that's pretty gross.

that's not bad at all compared to some of the hazing stories I've heard.

try................... having people drive golf balls at your head?

I've heard much, much worse hazing stories.

for girls, try...................having to pose in front of a bunch of guys in your underwears and having the guys to circle your "inperfect" body parts with sharpies...........

unless you have a perfect body.

Girls really don't go through much hazing at all, though, even in top sororities. Most of what is involved in pledging a sorority is quite pleasant.

Oh, I've defintely heard worse but that doesn't mean that the peanut butter thing doesn't suck.

I've heard girls get hazed at other schools but here pledgeship for girls is all getting cookies candy and your room decorated and all this ridiculous stuff that makes the guys going through frat pledgeship really jealous.

hahah....Dima, you're very right.

The sorority pledge process is so darn sweet. Every week at meeting: Gifts from a new active who hopes to get to know you better...The Whole Big Sis/Little Sis week is just five days of candy, perfumes, monogrammed sweatshirts and blankets, silk pajamas, etc.

I'm glad I'm not in a sorority that hazes. Actually, I've never heard of any true hazing on my campus (in sororities). That whole bikini thing? I would punch the guy in the face and then walk out. NO sorority is worth that, don't care how elite.

damn i wish i were a girl.

Not to mention that frats set up, host, and clean up for mixers, being in a sorority is definitely the good life.

if you transfer into a college sophomore year with sororities, can you become a pledge that year... or is it only for freshman?

Most schools you can pledge as a sophomore, though it is more difficult.
