Frat Question

I'm from out of state so I know next to nothing about the frats at IU, I don't even know if I want to join one or not. I don't want a frat that parties ALL the time, and I know some of those exist. I did notice one frat though, Delta Sigma Pi, a business frat.

Has anyone here had an experience with this frat? I know they're not housed, but I'm still curious.

If you don't know anything about this particular frat, could someone give me the low-down on which frats are popular or prevalent on campus?

Thanks in advance!

Honestly, go to rush and spend time with the guys in some of the fraternities. Choosing a fraternity isn’t a popularity contest, as these are the guys that are going to be your brothers for life and likely living with you for the next 3 years. You may not be a good fit for the top chapters on campus, or you may decide that one of them is a good fit for you. Ultimately, you need to go through rush and see who is willing to give you a bid, as that will be your choices. Choosing simply based on popularity is a recipe for you to get no bids or a choice of fraternities that may be poor fits for you.

Also, it’s a fraternity, not a frat. Calling it a frat is disrespectful
