If the brothers are interested in you, then they would extend an invitation to closed rush. If you are still in, then the frat will open bids. After that, then the pledge process begins. After 8-10 weeks, then you can be initiated into the frat. </p>
<p>Fraternities are no country clubs. Pledging is hard work from experience. I am in a professional engineering fraternity and it was just as arduous as a social frat only less rolls. I have burns to prove it.</p>
